About Simča
My name is Simona. I love travelling and photography. I share my passion for travelling and other adventures with my husband Jiří (George), who is very skilful IT specialist and has built this site for me, so we could share our impressions from our travels with rest of you. The original site had been running since 2001 and it become outdated, so we decided to upgrade our site, but Jiří is very busy in his demanding job and we had newly coming baby into our family, so he replaced his original code with the open source projects WordPress a Gallery2.
I have travelled quite a lot around the World with Jiří. We have travelled all corners of good old England, Scotland and Wales because we had been living in Manchester, where we met, for past 10 years. We visited as well Portugal, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, USA, Mexico, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Gambia and Dominican Republic. Jiří had travelled more before we met, so he has on his list of places he visited other European countries, like Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Austria and outside of Europe Tunisia.
